speak of love that comes to mind:
The moon is faithful, although blind;
She moves in thought she cannot speak.
Perfect care has made her bleak.
I never dreamed the sea so deep,
The earth so dark; so long my sleep,
I have become another child.
I wake to see the world go wild.

Ramble and try to make sense
I always over analyze everything I do. At times I manipulate memories so they have the tinge of the tragic and beautiful. My heart falls for voices rather than faces. Currently I'm in love with Lou Reed, Syd Barret, David Gilmour, Caleb Followill, Sam Cooke, and Otis Redding. I'm sure there are more but my exhausted mind can't seem to remember. Often I get lulled to sleep by slow guitar riffs and soft whispers of "Candy Says" and "Pale Blue Eyes". Randomly, stanzas pop into my head but I never share them, ever. Truthfulness is a virtue that is rare, and it saddens me. My generation has such terrible taste in music and lack of creativity. Oh and someone should burn the vocoder and fringe scarves.
I adore this

This is a quote from Breakfast at Tiffany's. I really identified with Lula Mae at this point in the movie: "It's the mistake you always made, Doc, trying to love a wild thing. You were always lugging home wild things. Once it was a hawk with a broken wing... and another time it was a full-grown wildcat with a broken leg. Remember? You musn't give your heart to a wild thing. The more you do, the stronger they get, until they're strong enough to run into the woods or fly into a tree. And then to a higher tree and then to the sky."

It's all worth it
"Perhaps it's good for one to suffer. Can an artist do anything if he's happy? Would he ever want to do anything? What is art, after all, but a protest against the horrible inclemency of life?" -Aldous Huxley
